This five-week, in-person programme brings together focused clinical expertise with practical, embodied experience. Each session builds gently and logically on the week before, helping participants understand how anxiety and sleep disruption are connected, and developing skills that support sustained nervous system regulation.
The sessions include explanation, guided experiential work, and clinically informed hypnosis. Between sessions, you’ll be encouraged to use short, supportive practices designed to strengthen the skills you’re developing in the group.
You don’t need to share personal details if you choose not to; the format respects individual experience while offering the support of a small, contained cohort.
